@thisismeson @thisismeson i wouldnt really trust the orion website with there specs.. i have an orion hcca and they recommended a 2.5 cu ft box (like competition tuning) (which was my first box i had) lol if you want to the hit low lows get a huge box. check out my old videos compared to my newer vids to see 27Hz FTW

from one Jeremy to another I love the Orion HCCA’s but dont have the money now so I’m lookin between the Orion XTRPRO 12’s and the Apline Type R series 12’s. both with 4 ohms impedance, the alpines are $10 cheaper and have a little bit larger XMAX I believe the orions are 17mm and the Apline is 18mm and both subs are 500 RMS 1000 Max so which would you recommend?

@thisismeson – Go to the Orion website ~ they have all sorts or box recommendations there you can use. I would rather you have a design that was specifically made for the H2, than have me just throw out a number that probably won’t be best suited, you know?

Exo man im new to the bass scene and I was wondering if you could give me a site with info on ho to build a ported box for 2 12 in. kenwood kfc 30s.I have them in new sealed box at the moment but was told id get more boom out of a ported.Is this true or would I be just as good with a sealed box.Another thing is does the head unit add bass or will my factory radio be good enough?Im running a power acoustik 3000 watt amp on about 900 rms at 4ohms,thanks for your help.
